Our service technicians are trained, experienced and dedicated to providing natural gas service to you, our customer. From our office staff to our technicians in the field, our employees work as a team to ensure prompt, safe, and reliable service to our customers. We strive daily to meet customer requests quickly and efficiently.

Our service team consists of technicians in the field that provide on-site customer service. These services include: new service, transfer service, terminate service, appliance repair and maintenance, installation of natural gas appliances, gas piping and safety inspections.

We are authorized to service and repair:  Rinnai Hydronic Air Handler, Rinnai, Rheem, Noritz, Navien, Teledyne Lars, Pentair, AO Smith and Hayward Pool heaters.

Okaloosa Gas employees carry a company photo identification card, and many wear uniforms. Ask to see proof of identity before allowing anyone into your home. Call a customer service representative if you are uncertain about why we want to enter your home or to confirm the employee’s identity. Our employees understand your desire to confirm that they have a reason to enter your home.
