Request to turn on or off natural gas
PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes, your electronic request for service is preliminary until we contact you.
If you’re new to the Okaloosa Gas District service area and you know your residence has natural gas, please fill out the form below to initiate gas service. You will receive a follow up call or email within 24 business hours. A deposit may be required in order to establish gas service. We can connect gas every day except weekends and holidays. Some things to remember to help us start your service:
Make arrangements to have your electricity and water turned on before you request service.
Someone over the age of 18 must be at home to turn your service on and for a service technician to have access to your appliances for safety checks.
If your home is a newly built home, Okaloosa Gas requires a final inspection from your local county or city municipality before we can schedule a meter set.
