Consider purchasing and installing a Natural Gas Detector as an additional safety measure. 

These devices are available at major retailers and home improvement stores and will sound an alarm if natural gas is detected. 

If the alarm sounds, evacuate the premises immediately. Once safe, call Okaloosa Gas at 850-729-4700 or dial 911.
