- Visit Manage Your Account to pay online
- Select 'Manage Your Account.' You will then be directed to our utility billing site. In the top right corner, click ‘New User’ and complete a new user account profile.
- IMPORTANT: Your Account ID must be entered exactly as it appears on your monthly statement.
- If you need assistance, please call us at 850-729-4700 and we will be happy to assist you.
- Pay your bill using “Online Banking” through your Banking Institution
- Sign up for Easy Pay (Bank Draft)
- Sign up for Paperless Billing
